Pavago is seeking an Operations Manager to partner with the founder and scale a fast-growing U.S.-based lending platform from Colombia. You will own daily operations, drive processes, and coordinate vendors to build scalable systems as the company grows.
You will lead cross-functional initiatives, improve CRM workflows, and help recruit and onboard future operations staff in a fast-paced startup setting. Excellent English communication is essential.
