We are seeking a Lead Python Developer to guide backend development and ensure our systems scale while meeting security and performance expectations. You will work with seasoned colleagues, oversee integrations, and drive engineering best practices.

Responsibilities
- Define and maintain scalable backend architectures and services for evolving business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performing software products




- Conduct code reviews and reinforce exceptional code quality across the team
- Tune application performance and resolve technical challenges as they occur
- Oversee third-party API and external service integrations into existing systems
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering all system components
- Enforce best practices across the full software development lifecycle
- Improve team workflows and support growth of technical expertise

Requirements
- 5 years of experience in software development
- 1 year of experience leading and managing development teams
- Expert-level proficiency in Python for building, designing, and maintaining applications
- Experience with AI solutions or Large Language Models (LLM) in software projects
- Strong expertise in database architecture, management, and optimization techniques
- Proficiency in Git for version control and collaborative development
- Experience with Python web
