Email Marketing Coordinator, Marketing / Growth Support Role, Full-Time Position

Brief Description:

We're looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator to own the design and execution of our email marketing campaigns from start to finish. This role is responsible for building visually compelling, on-brand emails and getting them into inboxes on schedule, playing a key part in how our brands communicate with customers and drive engagement.

The idóneo candidate has hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and design tools, a strong eye for layout and visual storytelling, and a solid understanding of what makes an email campaign convert. Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce is a strong plus.

We're looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a process end-to-end — from concept and design through to send and performance tracking. This person thrives when given ownership and takes pride in clean, polished, error-free execution.

Key Responsibilities:




- Design and build email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, product launches, automated flows)
- Execute email sends according to the marketing calendar
- Ensure all emails are on-brand, mobile-optimized, and error-free before sending
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and audience targeting
- Set up and maintain automated email flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.)
- Monitor and report on key email metrics (open rate, click rate, conversion, unsubscribes)
- Coordinate with the Creative team to align email content with broader campaign visuals
- A/B test subject lines, layouts, and send times to optimize performance
- Maintain a clean, organized email content calendar
- Troubleshoot rendering or deliverability issues across email clients
