The Role

We are seeking an experienced
Acquisitions Manager
to lead acquisition strategy, transaction execution, and portfolio growth initiatives. The adecuado candidate will identify potential acquisition opportunities, conduct financial and commercial analyses, manage due diligence, negotiate transaction terms, and support post-acquisition integration to ensure successful investments aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities




- Develop and implement acquisition strategies, investment pipelines, and growth initiatives aligned with the organization's long-term strategic objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition opportunities, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and investment prospects across target markets and industries.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, financial modeling, business valuations, competitive benchmarking, and investment feasibility studies.
- Lead end-to-end acquisition transactions, including target identification, preliminary assessments, due diligence, financial analysis, negotiations, transaction structuring, contract coordination, and deal execution.
- Collaborate with Finance, Corporate Strategy, Legal, Tax, Risk Management, Human Resources, Operations, Business Development, and Executive Leadership throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
