Role Description
The President is a full-time, remote role responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall direction for The Earth Keepers. The President will oversee program planning and implementation across sustainable agriculture, clean water, education, healthcare, and infrastructure initiatives,



ensuring alignment with organizational mission and impact goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading senior team members and volunteers, building partnerships with local communities, NGOs, and donors, and securing funding through grants, fundraising campaigns, and stakeholder engagement. The President will manage budgets and organizational resources, monitor program performance, and report on outcomes to the board and key partners. This role also involves representing The Earth Keepers publicly, advocating for environmental and social justice, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture within a geographically dispersed team.
