Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work You are responsible for providing support to the daily operations of the Human Resources department, assisting with recruitment activities, participating in the preparation of documents for the team members' onboarding and offboarding process, and assisting with the maintenance of employee files and other tasks assigned by the HR team. As a Trainee - HR, you’re not just learning the full scope of human resource management – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee files and HR databases accurately.
- HR Administration: Support daily HR operations, including preparing documents, reports, and handling correspondence.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in planning staff events, recognition programs, and internal communications.




- Policy Compliance: Help ensure HR practices align with hotel policies and labor regulations.
- Support & Liaison: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and assist in resolving basic HR-related issues.
