We are looking for an experienced
Global Talent Acquisition Specialist
to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple international regions, with a strong focus on
Europe and Asia
.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting globally, understands regional labor markets and cultural nuances, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for integral positions.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong international talent pipelines.
- Screen candidates and conduct structured interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and provide guidance to hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication.
- Utilize ATS platforms to manage recruitment processes and track metrics.




- Stay informed on global hiring trends and market conditions.
- Support hiring managers with recruiting best practices and hiring decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven experience recruiting internationally, preferably across Europe and Asia.
- Strong knowledge of global recruitment practices and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
