Role Description
The Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant will support healthcare professionals by handling appointment scheduling, patient follow-up calls and messages, and coordination of ongoing patient care. Responsibilities include managing medical records, verifying insurance information,



processing billing inquiries, and assisting with basic coding and documentation tasks. The role also involves maintaining accurate patient information, communicating effectively in English and another required language, and following established protocols for privacy and data security. The assistant will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely, efficient support for patients and providers.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Medical Assisting and Patient Care to support healthcare professionals and ensure high-quality service.
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology to accurately understand, document, and relay clinical information.
- Experience in a Medical Office setting, including familiarity with workflows, scheduling, and administrative procedures.
