Kurios City is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing company in the energy storage industry, currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipment execution across North America and LATAM.

About the Role

This is a full-time, remote, bilingual (English/Spanish), critical hire supporting the company's Operations/Logistics function, coordinating shipments from inbound inventory through final delivery to distributors, installers, and end customers.

Responsibilities
- Manage shipments from origin through final delivery, including China-to-3PL movement
- Coordinate outbound shipments to distributors, installers, and end customers
- Review sales orders and confirm inventory availability before booking freight
- Book transportation and track shipments through delivery
- Coordinate bonded orders and multi-carrier shipment handoffs
- Maintain accurate shipment data in QuickBooks/Acumatica
- Communicate proactively on shipment status, issues, and resolutions

Requirements




- Experience booking and managing freight shipments
- Understanding of warehouse-to-customer fulfillment and 3PL operations
- Working knowledge of landed cost, LTL, liftgate, and container coordination
- Ability to work in a technical product environment
- Experience with ERP/CRM/ticketing systems; QuickBooks required
- Bilingual English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in solar, battery storage, or renewable energy
- Experience shipping into Puerto Rico, Mexico, or LATAM
- Acumatica experience
