We're looking for a
Client Acceptance Lawyer
to join our team and play a key role in evaluating and approving new business opportunities across Latin America while ensuring compliance with integral regulatory standards.

What you'll do:
- Conduct client acceptance reviews and risk assessments for prospective clients across LATAM.
- Analyze client structures, ownership frameworks, jurisdictions, and business activities.
- Review KYC, AML, sanctions, PEP screenings, and due diligence documentation.
- Assess legal, regulatory, compliance, and reputational risks.
- Prepare client acceptance recommendations and support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, business development, and operational teams across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and quality assurance initiatives.

What we're looking for:
- Law degree and active professional license (where applicable).
- Experience in Client Acceptance, AML/KYC,



Compliance, Corporate Law, Regulatory Affairs, or Risk Management.
- Strong knowledge of beneficial ownership analysis, sanctions compliance, AML regulations, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Experience within multinational professional services, legal, fiduciary, corporate services, or financial services environments is highly valued.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
