Senior Digital Marketing & Operations Specialist
to support marketing execution, business operations, and day-to-day founder support in a fast-growing startup. In this role, you'll manage digital marketing campaigns, social media, content creation, CRM systems, paid advertising support, and operational workflows while helping drive business growth. Client Overview

Our client is a growing food and consumer goods startup focused on expanding its digital presence, scaling e-commerce operations, and accelerating growth through data-driven marketing, AI-powered workflows, and modern technology.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday; Adaptable hours aligned with GMT business needs; 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
- Create graphics, social media content,



and marketing materials while managing content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Manage social media accounts, grow audience engagement, and maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Support SEO initiatives, AI-assisted content creation, and marketing optimization.
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain CRM systems, customer records, and workflows using HubSpot, Trello, Shopify, Google Workspace, and related tools.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the founder while ensuring projects and priorities stay on track.

Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, or growth marketing.
- Proven B2B marketing experience.
- Experience supporting founders, managing business communications, and maintaining operational systems such as HubSpot, Shopify, and Google Workspace.
