A confidential U.S.-based organization is seeking an experienced
ERP Business Systems Specialist
to maximize the value of its NetSuite platform. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional business teams to improve processes, implement system enhancements, and ensure the ERP environment scales alongside the company's continued growth.

What You'll Own
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for NetSuite.
- Configure and maintain workflows, SuiteScripts, custom fields, forms, and records.
- Design scalable ERP solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Build dashboards, reports, KPIs, and saved searches for business users.
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and recommend long-term improvements.




- Support integrations with internal systems and third-party applications.
- Ensure data quality, platform reliability, and overall system performance.
- Document configurations, processes, and ERP best practices.

Qualifications
- Experience administering NetSuite in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite configuration.
- Experience supporting finance, accounting, or ERP business operations.
- Familiarity with reporting, integrations, and data management.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce, Avalara AvaTax, Stripe, or Ramp.
- Exposure to business intelligence or enterprise reporting tools.
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
