The Role
Join our newly formed Fleet Operations team as a Fullstack Technical Lead, where you will play a dual role of hands-on technical execution and engineering leadership. In this role, you will drive the architecture and technical direction for both front-end and back-end systems, making strategic decisions that ensure alignment with our general business goals.



This is a highly technical position where you will balance fullstack coding and system design with mentoring, guiding, and scaling the capabilities of your engineering peers.

- Drive architectural discussions and decisions across the entire stack, ensuring robust, scalable front-end applications and distributed back-end microservices.
- Define, enforce, and elevate fullstack engineering best practices, code quality standards, and comprehensive testing strategies across the team.
- Foster a healthy code review culture that emphasizes constructive feedback, inclusivity, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to build the technical roadmap and support the team in executing it.
