Role Description
The Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Camarillo, CA. This position oversees day-to-day scheduling and dispatch of cleaning teams, ensuring efficient coverage and timely service delivery. The Operations Coordinator responds to customer inquiries, manages bookings, and supports clients with service changes or issues. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, monitoring workflow, coordinating supplies and equipment,



and assisting with process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. The role collaborates closely with cleaners and management to maintain high service standards and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management and Administrative Assistance skills to coordinate schedules, resources, and daily workflows.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
