? Location: Versalles, Cali (Hybrid mode: On-site Tuesdays and Thursdays)
? Salary: $3,850,000 + $70 USD Performance Bonus
⏰ Rotating Schedule: Availability from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (2 days off)
What will you do?
✔ Handle escalated customer requests via chat, email, or phone.
✔ Support Level I agents in resolving complex issues.
✔ Document and manage technical solutions.
✔ Train new employees.
What do you need?
? Experience in customer support.
? Education in IT or technology-related fields, including students in their final semesters.
? English level C1 (Advanced).
