About the Role:
As a Medical OPI Interpreter, you will provide accurate and professional interpretation between English-speaking healthcare providers and Spanish-speaking patients over the phone. Your role is essential in ensuring clear communication while maintaining neutrality, confidentiality, and the highest standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate consecutive interpretation during medical appointments and healthcare-related calls.
- Facilitate communication between healthcare professionals and Spanish-speaking patients.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with professional interpretation standards.
- Ensure messages are interpreted completely, accurately, and without omissions or additions.
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity in every interaction.
Qualifications:
- Native or near-native Spanish proficiency (C1 or higher).
- Native or near-native English proficiency (C1 or higher).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to remain neutral and professional in sensitive situations.
