We give active traders a transparent, always-on place to trade stocks, RWAs, commodities, ETFs, and crypto, with the speed and accessibility that traditional venues do not offer. We are growing our integral audience beyond crypto to reach stock and RWA traders, users transitioning from centralized exchanges, and creator-led trading communities worldwide.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a full-time graphic designer to join our in-house marketing team in Medellín. This is a hands-on role for a strong, versatile designer who can own a piece of visual content from concept to final delivery: brand graphics, campaign assets, infographics, social posts, announcements, and visual explainers. We work fast, and using AI image and asset generation tools is a core part of how we work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design clean, engaging social graphics, campaign assets, infographics, announcements,



and visual explainers

• Take visuals from concept to final delivery (angle, layout, composition, finished asset)

• Use AI image and asset generation tools in your daily workflow to move faster and raise quality

• Turn market events, product launches, and briefs into timely, on-brand visuals

• Maintain and extend Decibel's visual identity

• Build clear data and market visuals: charts, comparisons, and explainer graphics

• Prepare and export assets correctly for each channel (X, Reddit, StockTwits, Telegram, Discord)

REQUIREMENTS

• A completed university degree in graphic design, visual design, advertising, digital media, or a related field (required)

• Strong professional English, written and spoken (required)

• Proven ability to use AI tools to generate images and visual assets, integrated into a real workflow (required)

• A strong portfolio of design work (required)

• High-level command
