We're hiring: Chief Technology Officer (Remote · LATAM)

On behalf of one of our clients, we're seeking an exceptional CTO.

The client is a rapidly growing, fully remote U.S. mental-health company with 100+ clinicians, expanding nationally. They've built a strong clinical foundation and are now building the technology to redefine how therapy quality is measured, improved, and delivered — with a long-term vision of an AI-powered clinical intelligence platform that becomes an industry standard.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the CTO will lead the technology strategy, engineering organization, and platform architecture, define the technical vision, build a world-class engineering team, and share in long-term success through equity.

What you'll own

• Define and execute the company's long-term technology strategy and architecture

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing distributed engineering organization

• Design scalable data architecture, with BigQuery as the source of truth

• Build reliable financial reconciliation and reporting systems

• Lead integrations across EHR,



clearinghouse, credentialing, measurement-based care, and AI systems

• Establish engineering standards, API design principles, and data governance

• Build infrastructure for multi-state growth and future SaaS commercialization

• Guide the evolution toward an AI-native behavioral healthcare platform and next-generation EHR

What you'll bring

• 7+ years of engineering leadership building and scaling software platforms, data-intensive applications, or AI-powered products in startup/high-growth environments

• Proven expertise in technical strategy, software and data architecture, data warehousing, and integrations

• Strong SQL and modern cloud data platforms (BigQuery preferred); Python and TypeScript/Node.js

• Strong architectural judgment and a hands-on, mentoring leadership style

• Healthtech (HIPAA), revenue cycle management, financial systems, or applied AI/LLM experience highly val
