Department Overview
We are seeking an ambitious Marketing Specialist to join our growth team. The candidate will help develop and deploy multi-channel campaigns alongside a talented team of marketers and sales leadership.

In this role, you will act as a key regional hub, collaborating closely with a diverse group of internal stakeholders—including local field marketers, sales leadership, and broader business teams—to develop and deploy cohesive multi-channel campaigns across the LATAM region.

Job Description
This role will be responsible for:
- Campaign Management: Plan,



execute, and optimize high-performing paid media campaigns across Google (Search, Display, Performance Max, LinkedIn Ads, Demand Gen) and Meta, tailored to the B2B LATAM market.
- Regional Strategy & Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Regional Performance Marketing Manager, regional sales teams, and broader marketing departments to align paid media efforts with regional business goals.
- Budget & ROI Management: Monitor and manage paid media budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation, cost-effective lead generation, and maximum ROI.
- A/B Testing & CRO: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests across ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Data & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. Deliver clear insights, trends, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
