We are looking for a
Business Consultant
to help retail and supply chain leaders maximize the value of our technology platform—from initial discovery and solution design to implementation and long-term adoption.
This is a hybrid
pre-sales and post-sales consulting role
, where you'll engage with customers before a deal is finalized and continue supporting them throughout their journey to ensure successful adoption and measurable business outcomes.
The adecuado candidate has hands-on experience in retail, merchandising, planning, supply chain, or retail operations and is confident presenting to senior executives and business leaders. This is an individual contributor role for professionals who enjoy solving business problems and working directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Business Consulting
- Meet with retail executives and operational leaders to understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Planning, Merchandising, Inventory Management, and Operations.
- Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business challenges into practical solution recommendations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer evaluation process.
Solution Design & Pre-Sales Support
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to define solution scope and business value.
- Support solution design, business case development, and customer presentations.
- Demonstrate how technology solutions can address operational challenges.
- Contribute to implementation planning and project readiness.
Customer Adoption & Success
- Partner with Implementation and Customer Success teams during onboarding and go-live.
- Guide customers in adopting new processes and best practices.
