What you will be doing:
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support accurate, efficient accounting and reporting for Compensation and Benefit programs. As a core member of the Compensation Accounting team, this role will own accounting activities for assigned payroll, bonus, and benefits programs, including month-end close, reconciliations, analysis, reporting,



and ongoing process enhancements. This role will be primarily responsible for accounting activities supporting Mexico and Colombia and will support efforts to standardize and integrate LATAM processes into global practices.
This individual will play a critical role in improving process clarity, resolving payroll integration challenges, and enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of compensation-related activities.

Activities

Own monthly close and accounting activities for assigned compensation programs, including journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis across payroll, bonus, and benefits.
Manage accounting activities supporting Mexico and Colombia, including coordination with external accounting providers, preparation of monthly accounting support and reporting requirements, and investigation of trial balance variances.
