Position Title: Mid+ QA Engineer
Location: Hybrid – Medellín
What you will be doing:
The team is looking for a QA Engineer, where you will play a vital role in
ensuring the reliability, usability, and performance of our products. This
position involves designing and executing comprehensive tests, conducting
pre-launch assessments, and collaborating closely with our development team to
identify and resolve defects. You will be responsible for maintaining
high-quality standards through the use of SQL and Datadog Continuous Testing,
while also participating in Agile/SCRUM meetings to drive quality assurance
efforts. The role uniquely blends hybrid office/remote work, requiring a
presence in our Medellin office, enhancing both independent and team-driven
tasks to deliver dependable and excellent services across the organization.
* Design, implement, and maintain test plans and test cases based on software
requirements.
* Execute functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure product
quality.
* Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools.
* Collaborate with development teams to understand features and bugs for
thorough test coverage.
