Partner Account Manager Job Description
Responsible for developing and managing channel partners to drive sales growth, strengthen partner capabilities, and expand market presence through strategic planning, business development, and relationship management.
Your role:
- Manage and develop a network of channel partners, ensuring alignment with the go-to-market strategy and business objectives.
- Drive partner performance through business planning, capability development, training, and KPI management.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and evaluate channel partners to expand market reach and accelerate growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partner organizations.
- Develop strategic initiatives, reporting mechanisms, and performance metrics to support operational excellence and commercial success.
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Partner Management, Account Management, or Business Development within a B2C environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development, account management, and sales growth initiatives.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends, interpret business data, monitor KPIs, and develop actionable business plans.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
