The Role:

We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist. This role is designed for a proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional with experience in content management, social media marketing, and email campaign execution.

You’ll play a key role in strengthening executive thought leadership, managing multi-channel marketing initiatives, and supporting audience engagement through strategic content and email marketing efforts.

Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.

Environment: Colombian and International Teams.

Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).

Timezone: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - EST

Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in marketing or a related role. Experience in professional services, legal, technology, or compliance-related environments is a plus. Proven experience managing content calendars and email marketing platforms.




- Skills: Strong proficiency in LinkedIn and social media management tools, experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms, familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, experience using Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools, and working knowledge of Canva or similar content creation tools. Experience with project management tools such as Asana is a plus.
- Characteristics: Highly self-directed and proactive, strong writing and communication skills, detail-oriented, professional, discreet, curious, and interested in topics such as technology, privacy, and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities:

- Using Claud Enterprise to edit and publish high-quality posts aligned with her voice and expertise.
- Support visibility efforts tied to her upcoming book.
- Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn (primary), Meta, and Instagram.
- Plan, create (edit), and schedule content across platforms.
- Manage email campaigns and nurture sequences using Mailchimp.
- Maintain and optimize email lists, segmentation, and engagement strategies.
- Support promotional campaigns and announcements.
