GME is looking for a highly capable Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to manage the complete day-to-day accounting and financial operations of our U.S.-based e-commerce business. This is not a basic bookkeeping position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the accounting function, maintain accurate U.S. GAAP financials, understand inventory and e-commerce accounting, and work directly with our U.S. management team.

GAAP Location: Medellín, Colombia | Full-Time | Strong English Required GME is looking for a highly capable Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to manage the complete day-to-day accounting and financial operations of our U.S.-based e-commerce business. This is not a basic bookkeeping position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the accounting function, maintain accurate U.S.

GAAP financials, understand inventory and e-commerce accounting, and work directly with our U.S. management team.

- Manage the full accounting cycle for Affiliate Company - Maintain books in accordance with U.S. GAAP - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Own the monthly closing process, including reconciliations and journal entries - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable - Perform daily and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations - Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts - Manage inventory accounting, inventory valuation, COGS, and inventory reconciliations - Reconcile Shopify sales, payment processors, deposits, refunds, discounts, and sales activity - Work with QuickBooks, Cin7, Shopify,



and related e-commerce systems - Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts - Prepare weekly financial and operating reports for management - Track gross margins by product/product category - Review vendor invoices, payments, purchase orders, and inventory receipts - Assist with purchasing and inventory controls - Manage fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accruals, and depreciation schedules - Coordinate payroll accounting and employee-related expenses - Maintain proper accounting controls and documentation - Assist with U.S. sales tax reporting and compliance - Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for U.S. tax accountants and external CPAs - Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Identify accounting errors, margin issues, inventory discrepancies, and opportunities to improve profitability - Develop accounting procedures and internal controls as the company grows - Provide management with accurate financial information needed to make business decisions Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP - Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience - Experience managing a complete accounting function or full accounting cycle - Excellent understanding of:
- General ledger accounting - Inventory accounting - COGS - Accrual accounting - Financial statement preparation - Bank reconciliations - Accounts payable and receivable - Cash-flow management - Advanced Excel skills - Experience with QuickBooks or similar U.S.



accounting software - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies - Ability to work independently and take ownership of deadlines - Professional-level English — written and spoken - Must be comfortable communicating directly with executives and employees in the United States Strongly Preferred - CPA, Colombian CPA/Public Accountant, or equivalent accounting qualification - Previous experience working for a U.S. company - Experience with QuickBooks Online - Experience with Cin7 - Experience with Shopify - E-commerce, retail, distribution, or inventory-based business experience - Experience preparing U.S. GAAP financial statements - Experience working with U.S. CPAs, tax firms, auditors, or lenders - Experience developing financial reporting for management What We Are Looking For We want someone who thinks beyond entering transactions. The right person should be able to look at the financials and tell management:
- What happened this month?
- Why did gross margin change?
- Is inventory accurate?
- Where is cash being used?
- Are expenses increasing?
- What products are producing the best margins?
- Are there accounting or operational problems that need management attention?
- What should we be watching over the next 30-90 days? This position will have significant responsibility and the opportunity to become a key member of TechnoRV’s management team as the company grows.
