?Some details about your department
The Sales & Revenue Manager will be responsible for executing the regional revenue strategy, driving business growth, and leading the commercial team in LATAM. This role acts as the bridge between general strategy and local market execution, ensuring that Making Science’s services and technology solutions are successfully positioned and delivered within the regional ecosystem.
? What we’d like you to do
- Regional Strategy Execution: Adapt and implement the company’s revenue generation strategy to the local market, maximizing current streams and identifying new business opportunities within LATAM.
- GTM Localization: Execute the Go-to-Market (GTM) plan for services, proprietary technology, and contract reselling, tailoring the value proposition to local business needs and economic contexts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Regional Marketing to drive lead generation and work closely with the Operations/Delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from "sold" to "implemented."
- Market Intelligence: Serve as the local "voice of the customer," providing feedback to the Product team regarding specific regional demands, competitor movements, and pricing sensitivities.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure the team complies with the Information Security Best Practices Manual and participate in business continuity/disaster recovery drills.
- Reporting & Governance: Report information security incidents and maintain compliance with the Good Environmental Practices Manual and local corporate regulations.
? What we’d like you to bring
- Experience: 6–8 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, specifically within digital agencies, MarTech, or consulting environments.
- Education: BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or specialized Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in closing B2B contracts and managing sales cycles for complex technological solutions in Latin America.
- Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the LATAM business landscape, including local market trends and cultural nuances in negotiation.
- Languages: Native-level Spanish (Portuguese is a +) and professional fluency in English.|
