? Drive new opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting

? Convert inbound leads from calls, forms, and chats into booked services

? Keep CRM notes accurate and follow up consistently until win/loss

? Deliver an excellent customer experience, educating clients on pest, termite, and wildlife services ? Achieve and exceed targets for bookings, revenue, and conversion rates

✅ Must-Have Skills

- Advanced English (C1+), clear phone presence, minimal accent
- Proven success in outbound/inbound sales with high activity levels
- Strong follow-up discipline & CRM accuracy
- Availability for weekend rotations & extended evening coverage
- Long-term commitment & stability

? Nice-to-Have

- Background in home services (pest control, HVAC, cable/Internet, etc.)
- Track record of high commissions in dual inbound/outbound environments
- Female candidates preferred
