About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Remote Sales Closer to join a fast-growing B2B automation agency serving home service businesses across the United States.

In this role, you will work with pre-qualified leads, conduct discovery and closing calls, present solutions, overcome objections, negotiate terms, and consistently close new business. Responsibilities

- Conduct discovery and closing calls with qualified B2B prospects.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Handle objections and negotiate pricing and service agreements.
- Close deals and ensure accurate documentation in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain detailed records in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, SDRs,



and operations teams to maximize conversions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Provide feedback on market trends, objections, and lead quality.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Proven experience closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Experience managing inbound or high-volume sales pipelines.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

- Experience selling SaaS, marketing services, outsourcing, AI solutions, or business services.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients.
- High-ticket sales experience.
- Experience in remote sales teams.
