Supportwave is seeking a Senior L2 Project Engineer for a 12-month contract. This fully remote, integral, full-time role focuses on client onboarding and technical project delivery within a managed IT services environment. You will configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, implement DNS/DKIM/SPF records for email security, and use ConnectWise and ITGlue for ticketing, project tracking and documentation. English fluency is required for effective client communication.
