Recruiter (Remote – Colombia)

Schedule: Full-time, CST (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

About of the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across multiple industries. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring strong communication with stakeholders and delivering a high-quality hiring experience.

Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes
- Source and attract candidates across different channels
- Conduct initial screenings in English
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain pipelines and update ATS systems

Requirements

- 1–3 years of recruiting experience
- Advanced English level (C1 required)
- Experience recruiting for roles in Legal, Healthcare, Marketing, Customer Support, or similar verticals
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms
