? About the Job

Toplent helps companies scale faster by connecting them with exceptional remote professionals from SEA, LATAM, and South Africa. We are currently collaborating with a client who is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join their team on a remote full-time basis.

? Responsibilities:

- ? Design, implement, and execute manual and automated test plans to ensure product quality
- ? Identify, document, and track bugs, and collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues
- ⚙️ Develop and maintain automated test scripts across web, mobile, and API platforms
- ? Create and manage test documentation, including test cases, test data, and defect reports
- ? Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure QA integration within the SDLC
- ? Perform regression, performance, integration, and user acceptance testing as needed
- ? Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables
- ? Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and frameworks for efficiency and scalability

?️ Required Skills:





- ?‍? Strong experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG)
- ? Excellent communication and documentation skills to clearly report issues and quality metrics
- ? Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- ? Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)
- ☁️ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- ? Experience testing web and mobile applications across multiple platforms and browsers
- ✅ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- ? Knowledge of best practices for secure coding and testing, including OWASP guidelines
- ? Previous experience in agile environments and working with distributed remote teams
