A multinational company is seeking a Purchasing Lead to lead its procurement function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing purchasing policies, sourcing and negotiating with domestic and international suppliers, planning procurement activities, monitoring general market trends, managing inventory levels, and overseeing other purchasing-related functions. The role also involves regular communication with the company's U.S. headquarters.

Requirements:

- English proficiency: B2–C1 (certification required)
- Business Administration, Engineering, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement within manufacturing or related industries




- Knowledge of foreign trade processes, including Plan Vallejo, ports and logistics operations, OTM (Operations and Transportation Management), and customs regulations
- Familiarity with BASC, OEA (Authorized Economic Operator), and/or SAGRILAFT compliance standards
