Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves handling inbound inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring timely resolution, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Calls
Answer customer calls promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Document interactions in the CRM system. Live Chat Support
Engage with customers in realtime through chat platforms.
Troubleshoot issues, provide product service guidance, and maintain a friendly, empathetic tone.
Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining quality. Email Support
Respond to customer inquiries via email with clear, concise, and professional communication.
Ensure timely followup and resolution of pending cases.
Maintain consistency in tone and accuracy across written correspondence.

Qualifications
Strong communication skills verbal and written.
Ability to multitask across different support channels.




Proficiency in CRM systems and customer support tools.
Problemsolving mindset with attention to detail.
