This role works closely with estimating, project management, warehouse, and field teams to ensure material availability aligns with project schedules and budgets.
Role Overview
The Preconstruction Plumbing Procurement Consultant will oversee procurement activities during preconstruction, including takeoffs, vendor coordination, pricing analysis, procurement scheduling, and material tracking.
The adecuado candidate understands commercial plumbing systems and has experience supporting complex construction projects from planning through procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Material Planning
- Review drawings and specifications
- Assist with material planning
