Role Overview
The Litigation Legal Assistant will support a growing personal injury law practice by managing client communications, caserelated administrative tasks, insurance coordination, medical records management, and workflow documentation. This role serves as an extension of the attorney, helping streamline daily operations, improve efficiency, and contribute to the development of scalable processes that support the firms growth.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, bilingual English Spanish, and capable of managing responsibilities independently while maintaining excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client intake, onboarding, and case documentation.
Coordinate communication with clients, insurance carriers, and medical providers.
Prepare and send Letters of Representation LORs and claimrelated documents.
Request, organize, and maintain medical records and case files.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and treatment providers.
Support property damage claims and case progression.
Maintain accurate updates within case management systems.
Assist with workflow documentation and process improvement initiatives.
Provide administrative support to attorneys and the legal team.
Support social media scheduling and monitoring nice to have.
Requirements
Must Have
Fluent English and Spanish communication skills written and verbal.



C1 English Level or Fluent
12 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Case Manager, or Personal Injury Support professional
U.S Legal Experience is a must Litigation is mandatory.
Law Degree is a must.
Strong client service and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Notes Candidates must include experience in Litigation and Personal Injury on their resumes, and it should be clearly shown on the resume with a start date month year to end date month year. Resumes without Litigation experience and a Law Degree will not be considered.
Preferred
Personal Injury law experience.
Experience working with case management software.
Knowledge of medical records retrieval and insurance claims processes.
Familiarity with California Personal Injury procedures.
Experience documenting SOPs and workflows.
Background in process improvement or operational support.
