Responsibilities

Open new cases Complete treatment reviews Receive PNC calls, gather their information, and open their cases Schedule physical therapy appointments Confirm if clients have been scheduled for physical therapy Ensure clients attend their appointments Maintain contact with representatives Follow up with Police Departments for missing or amended police reports Notify Andy/Dave when a high-priority case comes in for claims processing
