? About the Role

We are seeking a Data-Driven Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads. This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys owning campaigns end-to-end and making decisions driven by data, testing, and performance insights.

✅ Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Develop strategies aligned with brand, growth, and performance goals
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and optimize ROI
- Run A/B tests across ads, audiences, and funnels




- Prepare performance reports and share insights and recommendations
- Support remarketing, email marketing, and basic SEO initiatives

? Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns end-to-end
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking
- Solid understanding of paid media metrics and performance optimization
- Strong analytical skills and experience optimizing ad copy and creatives
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing
- Detail-oriented with a data-driven, test-and-learn mindset
- English level: C1 or higher
