About the Role

technology awareness, and a bias toward execution. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to turn ideas and business requirements into structured processes,

systems, and measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

- Understand leadership direction and translate it into clear action plans and executable tasks.
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Analyze existing processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify repetitive work that can be automated and propose practical automation solutions.
- Use AI and modern technology tools to improve productivity, reporting, documentation,

and operational workflows.
- Coordinate with technology, business, and operations teams to execute cross-functional initiatives.
- Build and maintain process documentation, dashboards, trackers, and operational systems.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Take ownership of projects from idea to implementation and follow through until completion.
- Continuously look for ways to make the organization faster, smarter, and more scalable.

- Interest in automation, process improvement, and building scalable systems.
- Candidates from Technology + Operations/Business or MBA + Technology backgrounds are preferred.

Good to Have

- Experience creating concept guides, SOPs, process documentation, or implementation guides.
- Experience handling or coordinating teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
- Experience with workflow automation tools.
- Exposure to project/task-management platforms.
- Experience building dashboards, trackers, reports, or operational systems.
- Startup or high-growth environment experience.
- Consulting, strategy, product, technology, or business operations experience.
