Looking for an experienced Mortgage Processing Coordinator with prior experience at a mortgage company. Candidates will be vetted and must have hands-on experience in mortgage file processing.
Responsibilities
- Register mortgage files with banks/lenders
- Review title reports for accuracy and completeness
- Order and review insurance quotes
- Upload required documents to lender portals
- Manage and follow up on emails with lenders, attorneys, and vendors
- Track file progress and send status updates and reminders
Requirements
- Prior experience working at a mortgage company (required)
- Direct experience with mortgage processing workflows
- Familiarity with title reports and insurance requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple files and follow up consistently
- Strong written and spoken English
