Marketing Virtual Assistant

Location: 100% Remote (LATAM-based)

Schedule: Full-time or Part-time

Shift: Aligned with U.S. business hours

Languages: Strong written and spoken English required

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing VA to support day-to-day marketing activities for a growing business. This role combines marketing support, content coordination, lead generation assistance, and administrative tasks.

The idóneo candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working across different digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

- Schedule and publish social media content
- Assist with captions, hashtags, and content organization
- Upload and format website or blog content

Lead Generation & CRM

- Research leads and update CRM systems
- Assist with outreach campaigns and follow-ups
- Maintain organized spreadsheets and databases

Marketing Support

- Assist with email marketing campaigns
- Help track marketing activities and KPIs




- Support general marketing and administrative tasks

Tools & Platforms

Experience with some of the following tools is helpful:
- Canva
- WordPress
- HubSpot or GoHighLevel
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Workspace
- Google Sheets
- ChatGPT or AI tools
- Trello, ClickUp, or Asana

Requirements

- Strong written and spoken English
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with digital tools and online platforms
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Interest in marketing, social media, and online business
