We would like you to be a part of our team as a Logistic Specialist.

As a Logistic Specialist, you will play a vital role in our operations, managing high-volume data entries and ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations. You will work closely with our clients, vendors, and government agencies to facilitate the smooth clearance of goods.

Responsibilities ?

1. Review entry documents for accuracy and completeness. ?
2. Submit shipment ISF data within regulatory timelines. ⏰
3. Process and submit entries to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). ??
4. Coordinate with Participating Government Agencies (PGAs) as required. ?
5. Provide clearance status updates to relevant parties. ?
6. Execute file billing accurately and in a timely manner. ?
7. Develop and maintain customer relationships. ?
8. Report safety hazards promptly. ⚠️

Immediately report incidents involving injury, illness, or property damage. ?
10. Wear appropriate PPE as instructed. ?
11. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures. ?️
12. Refuse any unsafe task or operation. ?
13. Participate in safety meetings and training. ?

Skills and Qualifications ?️

- Previous experience with logistics, especially related to trucking, is important. ?
- Meticulous attention to detail, as there is no room for small errors. ?
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities. ?
- Excellent prioritizing, adaptability, decision-making, stress management, speed, and accuracy skills. ⚡
- Exceptional ability for data entry. ⌨️
