Junior Support Operator - Only 6 months of experience

Salary: $2,300,000 COP + $249,095 COP legally mandated transportation allowance + Overtime and additional payments

You'll work alongside a leading commercial insurance technology company in the United States — a high-volume industry where speed and precision make all the difference.

REQUIREMENTS:

- English B2+ - C1 level
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Experience using CRM and a quick learner

Responsibilities

-Client–Carrier Relay You'll receive information requests from underwriters, translate them into clear language for the client.

-Collect what's needed, and relay it back properly formatted.

-Make relevant follow-ups to requests

-Intake Support You'll complete applications for clients who need additional coverage or whose submissions require rework.

- CRM data entry
