At SOLVO INTEGRAL SAS, we are looking for a Payroll Associate for our site in Colombia. This position DOES NOT REQUIRE EXPERIENCE IN PAYROLL OR ACCOUNTING, ONLY CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE - NO SENIOR PROFILES.
ONSITE: MEDELLIN, BOGOTA, BUCARAMANGA, CALI
Schedule: Availability from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM for shift assignments. These may be: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
REQUIREMENTS
- English: B2+ - C1
- Stable work experience as a Customer Service Representative: 1 Year
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule and manage payroll for multiple clients.
- Manage the workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with regulations.
- Understand payroll taxation.
- Accurately process calculations for wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax liens.
- Prepare accurate and timely quarterly and annual reports.
