? What You'll Do

As a key player in our marketing efforts, you'll:

? Handle inbound & outbound calls with Westgate Timeshare Owners

? Manage email & text campaigns to boost referrals

? Guide owners through social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn & more!)

? Assist with commissions, tax forms, password issues & booking procedures

? Track referral activity and provide marketing tips

? Use Microsoft Teams for daily communication





? Help owners upgrade to the Travel Partner Program

? What You Bring

✅ Strong verbal & written communication skills

✅ Deep understanding of social media platforms

✅ Ability to multitask and work with predictive dialer systems

✅ Prior call center experience

✅ Enthusiastic, driven, and detail-oriented mindset

✅ Calendar & system navigation skills for commission tracking
