? Your Mission

? Submit and track prior authorization requests across multiple clinic locations

? Communicate with insurance providers (Medicaid, Medicare, commercial)

? Collaborate with clinic teams to verify documentation and resolve issues

? Update authorization status in EHR systems (AdvancedMD)

? Notify staff of delays or approvals

? Report daily activity to leadership

? Support additional tasks as needed

? What You’ll Bring

✅ 1–3 years of experience in prior authorizations or insurance coordination

✅ Strong knowledge of insurance processes

✅ Excellent communication, organization,



and attention to detail

✅ Experience with Electronic Health Records (AdvancedMD is a plus!)

✅ Ability to work with remote and international teams

✅ A proactive mindset, ownership, and adaptability
