Description:

The Immigration Paralegal will play a key role in preparing and filing immigration petitions, managing client communications, and ensuring timely and accurate case processing. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and file immigration petitions and supporting documentation (e.g., H1B, L-1, PERM, I-140, I-485, family-based petitions).




- Handle cases involving PERM, H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1, U-1, NIW, I-601A Waivers, Asylum, and Consular/NVC processes.
- Draft legal correspondence and responses to RFEs (Requests for Evidence).
- Conduct legal research and stay current on immigration laws and procedures.
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide case updates.
- Coordinate with attorneys and government agencies (USCIS, DOL, NVC).
- Maintain organized case files and track deadlines to ensure timely submissions.

Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Bachelors degree or current studies in Law or a related legal field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in immigration law
- Strong understanding of U.S. immigration processes and procedures.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
