- Visual Analyst: You will review photos of incredible properties to categorize them and ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Host Guide: You will help property owners (Hosts) improve their listings through negotiation and strategic advice.
- Trust & Safety: You will verify documents (insurance, licenses) to guarantee a safe and secure community.
- Premium Support: You will provide empathetic voice support to top-tier users globally.

✅ Profile We Are Looking For:

- English (C1):



Conversational fluency is a must.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in BPO (Customer Service, retention, or sales).
- Education: High school graduate.
- Skills: Attention to detail, empathy, and analytical skills.
- Availability: Full-time (On-site in Bogotá).
