Are you ready to make a real impact in healthcare operations? Join our team as a Prior Authorization Representative and help streamline surgical care by securing timely insurance approvals.
? Your Mission
- Submit and track prior authorization requests across multiple clinic locations
- Communicate with insurance providers (Medicaid, Medicare, commercial)
- Collaborate with clinic teams to verify documentation and resolve issues
- Update authorization status in EHR systems (AdvancedMD)
- Notify staff of delays or approvals
- Report daily activity to leadership
- Support additional tasks as needed
? What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in prior authorizations or insurance coordination
- Strong knowledge of insurance processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (AdvancedMD is a plus!)
- Ability to work with remote and international teams
- A proactive mindset, ownership, and adaptability
