Massive Bio is seeking an Enrollment Delivery Manager to scale its operational engine for converting AI-matched patients into enrolled trial participants. You will lead end-to-end enrollment activities, coordinating internal teams and external sites, sponsors, CROs, and networks to drive throughput. The role is a hands-on leadership position designed to grow a delivery function with a direct line to the C-level. You will hire and mentor a team as volume expands.
