Responsibilities
Coordinating and dispatching trucks
Monitoring and tracking shipments
Effective communication
Achieving monthly and annual sales targets
Record keeping and reporting
Negotiating loads with both brokers and carriers
Skills Required
Proactivity and a results-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
At least 1 year of experience as a Dispatcher or Carrier Sales Representative in the trucking industry
Salary Range: 3,429,000 + commissions
Contract Type: Indefinite term
